Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hector Alavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cloyo Bartumeu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Monistrol De Montserrat CF's Ulises Castelao got a free kick in the 56th minute. Hector Alavedra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Cloyo Bartumeu made a huge save. Hector Alavedra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Cloyo Bartumeu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ramond Abrego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Benvide Ibanez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monistrol De Montserrat CF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Xan Ibanez scored to the left of an out of position Cloyo Bartumeu, making the score, 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Monistrol De Montserrat CF's zone, Hector Alavedra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cloyo Bartumeu came out of the goal and Hector Alavedra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xan Ibanez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Little Giants's Benvide Ibanez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramond Abrego in the 71st minute of play. If Cordeiro Mezquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78thth minute of the game Xan Ibanez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monistrol De Montserrat CF's Cloyo Bartumeu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hector Alavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cloyo Bartumeu having to interfere. After 82 minutes, Ulises Castelao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monistrol De Montserrat CF and the Little Giants players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Monistrol De Montserrat CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Castelao to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Little Giants booed when Monistrol De Montserrat CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manel Adán didn't get a good kick on the ball.
