Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Yeste started the match with the kick off. If Ibar Acarreta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 9th minute, Simon Camino made a precise shot to the right of Aita Turienzo. Rayo United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The supporters of Rayo United booed when Garrapinillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Camino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Rayo United's Curro Campos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Curro Campos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rayo United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Curro Campos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rayo United! The referee gave Garrapinillos a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Venceslás Esteban, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rayo United's Aita Turienzo. 2-2. Asier Armada might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xavier Torrent. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asier Armada ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ibar Acarreta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Thomas Yeste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th of the match, Asier Armada tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Xavier Torrent got in the way and made a wonderful save. Ibar Acarreta took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xavier Torrent. Xavier Torrent dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 37th minute of the match Bozhko Kabedelov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xavier Torrent showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Xantalen Zaplana took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aita Turienzo. Aita Turienzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Ibar Acarreta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Xavier Torrent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Camino during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garrapinillos's Simon Camino got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ibar Acarreta to make the kick off. Rayo United's Aita Turienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Yeste in the 54th minute of play. Aita Turienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Yeste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Garrapinillos's Simon Camino got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Simon Camino off the ground. Simon Camino hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Garrapinillos's goal looked a bit too open when Ibar Acarreta came free, but Xavier Torrent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xantalen Zaplana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Aita Turienzo made a huge save. Aita Turienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Yeste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herodes Pedriza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Aita Turienzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavier Torrent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayo United. The audience was convinced that Ibar Acarreta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xavier Torrent was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Bozhko Kabedelov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Xavier Torrent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thomas Yeste during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thomas Yeste kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ibar Acarreta in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xavier Torrent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, Xantalen Zaplana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Xantalen Zaplana took a quick shot and it went in 4-4 without a chance for Aita Turienzo to make any attempt to save it. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
