In the 10th minute of the match, Ismael Viejo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dubardo Soto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 13 minutes into the match, EFB Castilla-La Mancha's goal looked a bit too open when Tebaldo Blazquez came free, but Xavian Balboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xavian Balboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tebaldo Blazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Tebaldo Blazquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavian Balboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macerio Mangas in the 23rd minute of play forced EFB Castilla-La Mancha's goalkeeper Xavian Balboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciriaco Carballido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Velasco charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidio Velasco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Santa Gertrudis SD booed when EFB Castilla-La Mancha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes, Santa Gertrudis SD's Cresenciano Espinosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xavian Balboa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santa Gertrudis SD reached it. Xavian Balboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macerio Mangas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Gertrudis SD's zone, Ismael Viejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dubardo Soto came out of the goal and Ismael Viejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Santa Gertrudis SD getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Xandro Calatayud hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 63rd minute, Macerio Mangas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xavian Balboa. The goal made the score 0-1. 74 minutes into the match, EFB Castilla-La Mancha's goalkeeper Xavian Balboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tebaldo Blazquez. Ismael Viejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tebaldo Blazquez succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Eloy Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
