In the 3rd match minute, Miranda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Quiroga to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Quiroga in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Echeto saved Fuente Higuera AD from getting behind. Herauso Lagunass short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Joan Abrego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Miranda booed when Fuente Higuera AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peli Gonzalvez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Echeto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Herauso Lagunas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Joan Abrego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Peli Gonzalvez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joan Abrego was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Miranda's goalkeeper Joan Abrego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herauso Lagunas. Raymundo Benito's late challenge caught a Fuente Higuera AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raymundo Benito helped the player get up and apologised. Fuente Higuera AD's Peli Gonzalvez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Herauso Lagunas came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Fuente Higuera AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herauso Lagunas couldn't finish the play. Peli Gonzalvez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Joan Abrego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Peli Gonzalvez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes Miranda got a freekick which was hit by Gilesindo Ricoy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herauso Lagunas in the 60th minute of play forced Miranda's goalkeeper Joan Abrego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Peli Gonzalvez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joan Abrego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Echeto made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Carlos Quiroga sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute of the match Lalla Infante shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joan Abrego showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 66th minute Peli Gonzalvez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joan Abrego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joan Abrego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peli Gonzalvez's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Peli Gonzalvez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miranda's Joan Abrego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Miranda's goal looked a bit too open when Herauso Lagunas came free, but Joan Abrego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peli Gonzalvez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herauso Lagunas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joan Abrego having to interfere. When Gilesindo Ricoy fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miranda's protests and gave Gilesindo Ricoy a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fuente Higuera AD booed when Miranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilesindo Ricoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joan Abrego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peli Gonzalvez, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ramón Cao hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Miranda's Candido Galnares got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Candido Galnares off the ground. The supporters of Fuente Higuera AD booed when Miranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Galnares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fuente Higuera AD's Florentino Losada couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Miranda. Herauso Lagunas struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Joan Abrego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fuente Higuera AD.
