Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zosimo Contratas in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmai Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Basilio Cabrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmai Rodriguez having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Justino Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Austin Sanz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beremundo Toledo having to interfere. Dalmai Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zosimo Contratas, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute Zosimo Contratas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmai Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zosimo Contratas in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmai Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dalmai Rodriguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zosimo Contratas's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Dalmai Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zosimo Contratas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Dalmai Rodriguez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Basilio Cabrera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Dalmai Rodriguez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Austin Sanz to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Crontar were awarded a corner. Justino Aznar went to the cornerflag to take it. Beremundo Toledo made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Zacarías Castro sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, Crontar's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Cabrera came free, but Dalmai Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes, Jimeno Vacas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crontar and the Atletico Euskal players grew even worse after the yellow card.
