With a little luck, CANBARC C.D's Kiko Marin got control of the ball when Zacarías Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th play minute Austin Sanz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kiko Marin. 1-0. CANBARC C.D's Zacarías Harroyo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Torsten Hydén left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CANBARC C.D fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Kiko Marin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zacarías Castro in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarías Harroyo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmai Rodriguez saved Crontar from getting behind. Anxelu Garrido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmai Rodriguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Zacarías Harroyo put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dalmai Rodriguez. Kiko Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodas Izaguirre in the 40th minute of play. Kiko Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Austin Sanz, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After taking down the ball on Crontar's corner Justino Aznar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kiko Marin quite easily take care of the ball.

Crontar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Anxelu Garrido scored to the left of an out of position Dalmai Rodriguez, making the score, 1-3.
