Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Julián Mendez made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Martutene's goalkeeper Florencio Bermejo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Roman's late challenge caught a El Porrosillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrique Roman helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes Martutene got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Roman. If Demario Dagora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes of play, El Porrosillo's Sabin Ramirez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florencio Bermejo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ramón Ocaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Bermejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Ramirez, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute, Alvaro Obis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Martutene fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Martutene:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Porrosillo:s goal. The referee gave El Porrosillo a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Matias Beloki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Martutene's Florencio Bermejo. 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Ramón Ocaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Alvaro Obis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Obis was the one to do the kick off. Julián Mendez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Bermejo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Obis in the 56th minute of play forced El Porrosillo's goalkeeper Pepillo Soto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Sabin Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pepillo Soto came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Martutene's Alvaro Obis. But to his dismay, Alvaro Obis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. If Alvaro Obis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, El Porrosillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Ocaña to maneuver through the defense. If Alvaro Obis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Obis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepillo Soto having to interfere. If Julián Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Alvaro Obis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, El Porrosillo's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Obis came free, but Pepillo Soto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, El Porrosillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Beloki to maneuver through the defense. El Porrosillo's Pepillo Soto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Obis in the 87th minute of play. When Amato Echavarri came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the El Porrosillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amato Echavarri couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
