Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Esperta started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Puerto de Santa María's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Esperta came free, but Dino Rojas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colsa's Federico Zabalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quin Galdamez in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Colsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firmo Nunez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Puerto de Santa María booed when Colsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Lama didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quin Galdamez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Hugo Esperta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quin Galdamez in the 36th minute of play forced Colsa's goalkeeper Federico Zabalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Colsa getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Domenech Pacheco hit a great ball. Puerto de Santa María's Xuoco Crespo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Colsa. In the 48th minute, Hugo Esperta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quin Galdamez was the one to do the kick off. Puerto de Santa María's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xuoco Crespo in the 54th minute. After taking down the ball on Puerto de Santa María's corner Xuoco Crespo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Federico Zabalo quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Colsa booed when Puerto de Santa María was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gandalf El Ghrib didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quin Galdamez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th match minute, Puerto de Santa María was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaio Ziguenza to maneuver through the defense. When Martín Doblas came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Colsa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martín Doblas couldn't finish the play. Puerto de Santa María's Dino Rojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Esperta in the 72nd minute of play. When Erasmo Sarro fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puerto de Santa María's protests and gave Erasmo Sarro a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Puerto de Santa María got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Sarro. 74 minutes into the match, Hugo Esperta notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Puerto de Santa María's Dino Rojas. Dino Rojas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Quin Galdamez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Zabalo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Colsa's zone, Erasmo Sarro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Zabalo came out of the goal and Erasmo Sarro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Esperta struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Dino Rojas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colsa. 97 minutes into the match, Colsa's goal looked a bit too open when Quin Galdamez came free, but Federico Zabalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Colsa fans cheered their team off the field, for while Puerto de Santa María had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
