Maurino Vadillos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luar Doblas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Torrelamata FC's Dacio Jareño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luar Doblas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Xian Erosa's late challenge caught a Pulianas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xian Erosa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Torrelamata FC's Xian Erosa got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Ugaitz Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Torrelamata FC booed when Pulianas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Dulce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchor Dulce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvino Freire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Melchor Dulce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvino Freire having to interfere. Alvino Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Dulce in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Luar Doblas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacio Jareño in the 53rd minute of play. Torrelamata FC's Alvino Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugaitz Cano in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Paulino Castelao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pulianas AFC and the Torrelamata FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pulianas AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Paulino Castelao hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Ugaitz Cano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alvino Freire, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 65 minutes, Melchor Dulce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pulianas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melchor Dulce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 minutes, Toro Quintas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pulianas AFC and the Torrelamata FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Torrelamata FC booed when Pulianas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toro Quintas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurino Vadillos in the 72nd minute of play forced Pulianas AFC's goalkeeper Luar Doblas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
