Cristo Ramiréz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Eberardo Baltanas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sabarei UD's zone, Hilario Molina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joselito Pedrosa came out of the goal and Hilario Molina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hilario Molina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Joselito Pedrosa made a huge save. After 11 minutes, Lucas Molina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sabarei UD and the Malpartit AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hilario Molina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 16 minutes, Gentza Bastida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malpartit AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gentza Bastida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Sabarei UD getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Lucas Molina hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Lucas Molina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joselito Pedrosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Molina went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Eberardo Baltanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Ramiréz in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Basilio Castaño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malpartit AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Castaño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joselito Pedrosa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Josias Turienzo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sabarei UD's goalkeeper Joselito Pedrosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristo Ramiréz to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sabarei UD booed when Malpartit AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luke Baeza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute of the match Albino Marines shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eberardo Baltanas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Blanco Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Joselito Pedrosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xesc Echeto's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Xesc Echeto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Xesc Echeto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Xesc Echeto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malpartit AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xesc Echeto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joselito Pedrosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albino Marines kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Josias Turienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 69th minute of the match Lucas Molina completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lucas Molina a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Sabarei UD's Lucas Molina got a free kick in the 69th minute. Joselito Pedrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josias Turienzo in the 72nd minute of play. Joselito Pedrosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josias Turienzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Molina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joselito Pedrosa having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Sabarei UD's zone, Xesc Echeto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joselito Pedrosa came out of the goal and Xesc Echeto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 minutes of play, Malpartit AFC's Xesc Echeto made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joselito Pedrosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 93 minutes into the match, Josias Turienzo notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Sabarei UD's Joselito Pedrosa. Joselito Pedrosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Malpartit AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
