Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Troans's zone, Nestor Casanova stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernando Millán came out of the goal and Nestor Casanova tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the game, Felix Gimenez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Troans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Melilla the free kick. After 5 played minutes Troans got a freekick which was hit by Felix Gimenez. Ando Kivistik struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Hernando Millán didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Melilla. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Bartumeu during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. UD Melilla's Nestor Casanova got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Nestor Casanova got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. UD Melilla's Ando Kivistik got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Roberto Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venancio Llorente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Santiago in the 30th minute of play. Froilan Elias was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in UD Melilla fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Venancio Llorente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xalo Quintana in the 36th minute of play. Luis Feal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernando Millán having to interfere. If Nestor Casanova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute of the match Ando Kivistik shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hernando Millán showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nestor Casanova fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernando Millán having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With a little luck, Troans's Hernando Millán got control of the ball when Nestor Casanova tried to sneak it across the goal line. Troans's Hernando Millán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Troans from getting a goal against them. Luis Feal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernando Millán having to interfere. Nestor Casanova's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Hernando Millán skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. UD Melilla's Nestor Casanova got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Antonio Puig came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the UD Melilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Puig couldn't finish the play. Venancio Llorente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xalo Quintana in the 71st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Nestor Casanova kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hernando Millán. That made the score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. In the 78th minute Xalo Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Llorente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilko Bebin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Luis Feal came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the UD Melilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Feal couldn't finish the play. Antonio Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Casanova fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernando Millán having to interfere. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Troans's goalkeeper Hernando Millán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernando Millán having to interfere. UD Melilla's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
