Mauro Companys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Contratas in the 3rd minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Niceto Contratas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gabaldon FC's Mauro Companys. Mauro Companys was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bitxintxo Mayor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintin Echeto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilesindo Turrilla during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes Gabaldon FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilesindo Turrilla. After having played for 17 minutes, Gorka Morera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. mowrles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gorka Morera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bitxintxo Mayor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilesindo Turrilla in the 21st minute. Gilesindo Turrilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bitxintxo Mayor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quintin Echeto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Quintin Echeto came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Gabaldon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quintin Echeto couldn't finish the play. Bitxintxo Mayor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintin Echeto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bitxintxo Mayor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quintin Echeto's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Román Viejo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of mowrles FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gabaldon FC:s goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quintin Echeto to make the kick off. If Quintin Echeto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute of the match Milian Feal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bitxintxo Mayor skillfully saved the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Quintin Echeto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Bitxintxo Mayor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Gorka Morera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aniceto Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gabaldon FC! The referee gave mowrles FC a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jose-Antonio Vacas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gabaldon FC's Mauro Companys. 2-2. Milian Feal kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Bitxintxo Mayor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilesindo Turrilla in the 89th minute of the match. Gorka Morera struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Mauro Companys didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mowrles FC. If Aniceto Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Gilesindo Turrilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
