Charro Diaz hit a great ball. Belmiro Roig acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Geleberto Vacas. 7 minutes into the match, Zeneta's goal looked a bit too open when Zavier Romero came free, but Mustafá Garzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zavier Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafá Garzon having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enaut Crespo in the 10th minute of play forced Zeneta's goalkeeper Mustafá Garzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafá Garzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enaut Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Enaut Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Mustafá Garzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Enaut Crespo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafá Garzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Víctor Carmona fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zeneta's protests and gave Víctor Carmona a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zeneta getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Víctor Carmona hit a great ball. Mustafá Garzon came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by La Punta AFC's Zavier Romero. But to his dismay, Zavier Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enaut Crespo in the 32nd minute of play forced Zeneta's goalkeeper Mustafá Garzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Enaut Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zeneta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pericles Jauregui was slow to take the kick. During this time La Punta AFC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Enaut Crespo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 46th minute of the match, Duarte Vives tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Belmiro Roig saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 48th minute Gení Abril shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belmiro Roig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half La Punta AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enaut Crespo to strike the kick off in the second half. Mustafá Garzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enaut Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of Zeneta booed when La Punta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Vacas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geleberto Vacas missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 59 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Belmiro Roig right hand side. Zavier Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mustafá Garzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafá Garzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enaut Crespo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mustafá Garzon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zavier Romero in the 69th minute. Zavier Romero took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mustafá Garzon. Mustafá Garzon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Geleberto Vacas charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geleberto Vacas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Geleberto Vacas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafá Garzon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enaut Crespo's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The Zeneta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Punta AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
