The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcio Casta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bilbo Domenech in the 4th minute. Seve Herrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enetz Ruiz having to interfere. Vilac's Enetz Ruiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seve Herrero in the 17th minute of play. Enetz Ruiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mancio Zapatero, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Vilac's Enetz Ruiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mancio Zapatero in the 22nd minute of play. Kotonette F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mancio Zapatero in the 26th minute. Enetz Ruiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antxo Arenas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Vilac's goal looked a bit too open when Seve Herrero came free, but Enetz Ruiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes, Gonsalvo Duarte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vilac and the Kotonette F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute Seve Herrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enetz Ruiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eriz Garate made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Simon Elias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kotonette F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Elias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enetz Ruiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Seve Herrero sped through Vilac's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enetz Ruiz. Marcio Casta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilbo Domenech in the 63rd minute of the match. When Seve Herrero came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Kotonette F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seve Herrero couldn't finish the play. If Dino Candela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seve Herrero in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enetz Ruiz saved Vilac from getting behind. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilac's goalkeeper Enetz Ruiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Vilac defense, Seve Herrero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enetz Ruiz. The Vilac fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enetz Ruiz should have stopped the shot. Seve Herrero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Enetz Ruiz firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Dino Candela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kotonette F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Candela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enetz Ruiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 87 in the game by Seve Herrero from a close distance when the talented Enetz Ruiz managed to make a qualified save. Vilac's players were relieved. Seve Herrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Enetz Ruiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute of the match, Mancio Zapatero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enetz Ruiz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dino Candela kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilbo Domenech in the 96th minute of play forced Kotonette F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcio Casta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kotonette F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
