Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Minnesota de Bastos's goal looked a bit too open when Yosua Saez came free, but Gaizka Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 5 minutes, César Bergada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minnesota de Bastos's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Bergada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Argider Albizua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minnesota de Bastos's Gaizka Ramirez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Quinito Armadas short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Lalla Clos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Argider Albizua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gaizka Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. César Bergada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caldelao f.c.'s Lalla Clos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Bergada in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling César Bergada in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lalla Clos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Minnesota de Bastos booed when Caldelao f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Marrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Tomás Maestro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lalla Clos skillfully saved the ball. Quinito Armada hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gaizka Ramirez came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldelao f.c.'s Argider Albizua. But to his dismay, Argider Albizua quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gaizka Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yosua Saez in the 40th minute of play. Quinito Armada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lalla Clos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Bergada, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The audience was convinced that Argider Albizua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaizka Ramirez was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. After the first half Caldelao f.c. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell César Bergada to make the kick off. If Argider Albizua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Caldelao f.c. booed when Minnesota de Bastos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Maestro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caldelao f.c.'s Lalla Clos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Bergada in the 58th minute of play. Minnesota de Bastos's Gaizka Ramirez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Minnesota de Bastos from getting a goal against them. Caldelao f.c.'s Yosua Saez got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. César Bergada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Minnesota de Bastos's zone, Yosua Saez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaizka Ramirez came out of the goal and Yosua Saez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaizka Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argider Albizua, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Caldelao f.c.'s Yosua Saez got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Erasto Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lalla Clos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Bergada, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Argider Albizua might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaizka Ramirez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Argider Albizua ran back to his position shaking his head. Argider Albizua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaizka Ramirez having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Yosua Saez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yosua Saez might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaizka Ramirez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yosua Saez ran back to his position shaking his head. Minnesota de Bastos's Gaizka Ramirez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Minnesota de Bastos from getting a goal against them. When Argider Albizua came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Caldelao f.c. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argider Albizua couldn't finish the play. Yosua Saez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caldelao f.c.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
