The tension between the Sión F.C and the Mitocondrias FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cosme Soto kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ruperto Dagora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerold Palomar was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Gonza Vallejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerold Palomar having to interfere. Jerold Palomar made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gonza Vallejo sent off a good shot on target. Baldomero De la Torre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brion Bajo in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eutropio Martin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerold Palomar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Soto in the 16th minute of the match. Brion Bajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eutropio Martin having to interfere. Baldomero De la Torre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mitocondrias FC's Brion Bajo got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mitocondrias FC:s Jerold Palomar showed great skill when he stopped Andres Millán:s penalty. Baldomero De la Torre struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Eutropio Martin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mitocondrias FC. If Gonza Vallejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerold Palomar made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Cosme Soto sent off a good shot on target. When Gonza Vallejo came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Sión F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonza Vallejo couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Baldomero De la Torre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerold Palomar came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sión F.C's Cosme Soto. But to his dismay, Cosme Soto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 68 minutes into the match, Mitocondrias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Soto came free, but Jerold Palomar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cosme Soto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Sión F.C's goalkeeper Eutropio Martin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero De la Torre. In the 76th minute of the match Bautista Bermejo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eutropio Martin skillfully saved the ball. In the 80th minute Brion Bajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eutropio Martin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
