Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Athletic Club Bilbao's Pablo Encina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cuiña's Elivareo Rojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesús Nafría in the 14th minute of play. Bazil Naranjo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Cuiña's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Mino Barba fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Athletic Club Bilbao's protests and gave Mino Barba a yellow card for diving instead. Mino Barba hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Mohamed Mezquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rio Turrilla in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Jesús Nafría notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cuiña's Elivareo Rojas. Elivareo Rojas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Durango got free with Mohamed Mezquita in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Cuiña getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Bao Belalcaraz hit a great ball. Ismael Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivareo Rojas having to interfere. Elivareo Rojas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Encina in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bao Belalcaraz in the 34th minute of play forced Athletic Club Bilbao's goalkeeper Mohamed Mezquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elivareo Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesús Nafría, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celio Saez charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celio Saez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the Cuiña defense, Zeruko Cardeñosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elivareo Rojas. The Cuiña fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elivareo Rojas should have stopped the shot. Pablo Encina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivareo Rojas having to interfere. Pablo Encina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Elivareo Rojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rio Turrilla to make the kick off. Elivareo Rojas was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Jesús Nafría capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jesús Nafría really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Celio Saez kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Pablo Encina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cuiña's Elivareo Rojas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Cuiña from getting a goal against them. With his leg Elivareo Rojas managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Athletic Club Bilbao's Ismael Fernandez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Encina in the 83rd minute of play forced Cuiña's goalkeeper Elivareo Rojas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Lluc Garzon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elivareo Rojas. Cuiña's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lluc Garzon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 90th minute Jesús Nafría shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elivareo Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bazil Naranjo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Mezquita having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Athletic Club Bilbao left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cuiña.
