Cristiano Arratia started the match with the kick off. Monte Calatayud charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Monte Calatayud the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Monte Calatayud hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Lobo Esperta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Elias having to interfere. Leocadio Pais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Santalla having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of El Point F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gamiz AFC:s goal. Nicanor Santalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentino Barrios in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Gamiz AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Monte Calatayud to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th match minute, El Point F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Romero to maneuver through the defense. Sarracino Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicanor Santalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Gamiz AFC's goalkeeper Jacinto Elias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lobo Esperta. Gamiz AFC's Jacinto Elias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Arratia in the 34th minute of play. El Point F.C.'s Nicanor Santalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentino Barrios in the 35th minute of play. When Gamiz AFC's Valentino Barrios in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Point F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. El Point F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Lobo Esperta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentino Barrios in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicanor Santalla saved El Point F.C. from getting behind. 58 minutes into the game, Gamiz AFC's Leocadio Pais nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicanor Santalla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in El Point F.C.'s zone, Leocadio Pais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Santalla came out of the goal and Leocadio Pais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicanor Santalla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentino Barrios's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Leocadio Pais could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Nicanor Santalla made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, El Point F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Valentino Barrios came free, but Nicanor Santalla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Point F.C.'s Nicanor Santalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turi Gutierrez in the 84th minute of play. Jacinto Elias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Arratia in the 91st minute of play. When Monte Calatayud was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. Lobo Esperta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicanor Santalla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leocadio Pais went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The El Point F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gamiz AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Gamiz AFC.
