The referee ignored Dorado Warriors FC's protests and gave Caetano Figueroa a yellow card for diving instead. Caetano Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gonza Companys didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorado Warriors FC. Bras Losantos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vigil Quesada in the 26th minute. Caetano Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Constantino Mala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes Pira AFC got a freekick which was hit by Martín Feliu. In the 39th minute, Caetano Figueroa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Pira AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Naike Quesada came free, but Gonza Companys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caetano Figueroa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gonza Companys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naike Quesada in the 74th minute of play. Dorado Warriors FC's attentive Mino Camaño managed to snatch the ball when Typhon Ramiréz made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. Pira AFC's Gonza Companys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josep Molina in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Caetano Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dorado Warriors FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonza Companys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pira AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Josep Molina 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Josep Molina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gonza Companys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Caetano Figueroa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gonza Companys. Caetano Figueroa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Dorado Warriors FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
