Sabin Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xicu Muelas during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Campillo De Adentro booed when U.D. Apemé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xicu Muelas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, Campillo De Adentro's Costante Bargas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sabin Torres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Campillo De Adentro reached it. In the 15th minute, Unai Montero made a precise shot to the right of Espartaco Casta. Campillo De Adentro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Sanson Guasch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute Federico Huarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Huarte struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Sabin Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campillo De Adentro. Federico Huarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Torres having to interfere. U.D. Apemé's Sabin Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanson Guasch in the 27th minute of play. Xicu Muelas hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Federico Huarte came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Campillo De Adentro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Huarte couldn't finish the play. Sabin Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bautista Otero in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sanson Guasch made a kick off. Sanson Guasch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sabin Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sanson Guasch in the 60th minute of the match. Federico Huarte scored 1-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sabin Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Espartaco Casta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leobardo Beloki in the 65th minute of the match. If Unai Montero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Campillo De Adentro's Espartaco Casta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Unai Montero in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Huarte got free with Sabin Torres in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Espartaco Casta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Unai Montero in the 80th minute of play. Federico Huarte struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute.
