Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Macia in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Elguero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luis-Miguel Acedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Angel Palacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hechter Abasalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. After some careless play in the Torpedo 24 defense, Xoan Viqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Palacios. The Torpedo 24 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Palacios should have stopped the shot. Zeru Cabanela hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Angel Palacios made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Luis-Miguel Acedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Cordeal Borrás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hechter Abasalo was the one to do the kick off. Cristobal Vega kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 52 minutes, Rufio Campello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cortijo De La Chirigota and the Torpedo 24 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rufio Campello hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Hechter Abasalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 60 played minutes Torpedo 24 got a freekick which was hit by Paquito Urbieta. 61 minutes into the match, Cortijo De La Chirigota's Kiko Iglesias broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Torpedo 24 booed when Cortijo De La Chirigota was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miro Carballeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hechter Abasalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miro Carballeira charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miro Carballeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cortijo De La Chirigota getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Miro Carballeira hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Luis-Miguel Acedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Torpedo 24 defense, Xoan Viqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Palacios. The Torpedo 24 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Palacios should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Macia got free with Fabio Elguero in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cortijo De La Chirigota's goalkeeper Fabio Elguero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Kiko Iglesias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Torpedo 24's Cristobal Vega seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cristobal Vega the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Torpedo 24 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cristobal Vega had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Cristobal Vega kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Kiko Iglesias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Palacios showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 82 played minutes Torpedo 24 got a freekick which was hit by Cordeal Borrás. Cordeal Borrás took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Elguero. Fabio Elguero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When Arturo Macia came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Torpedo 24 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Macia couldn't finish the play. After having played for 95 minutes, Arturo Macia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torpedo 24's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Macia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Despite being the better team, Torpedo 24 failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
