After 14 played minutes Real Betis got a freekick which was hit by Xacintu Lillo. 15 minutes into the match, Real Betis's goal looked a bit too open when Lluciano Candela came free, but Xabier Cardeñosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quico Bartumeu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xabier Cardeñosa having to interfere. Real Betis's Xabier Cardeñosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quico Bartumeu in the 21st minute of play. Xacintu Lillo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Godofredo Mangas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xaime Huguet in the 28th minute of play. Quinton Casta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Godofredo Mangas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Apolinar Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Real Betis's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sancho Calderon in the 35th minute. Quinton Casta made a great header on Real Betis's corner, it was just that Suertes Del Mar AFC's Godofredo Mangas managed to reach the ball for a save. 38 minutes into the match, Quico Bartumeu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xabier Cardeñosa. Real Betis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quico Bartumeu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, Quico Bartumeu notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Real Betis's Xabier Cardeñosa. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real Betis getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Pau Losantos hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quico Bartumeu to make the kick off. Frasco Redondo was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Xabier Cardeñosa made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Lluciano Candela sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Suertes Del Mar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Quinton Casta came free, but Godofredo Mangas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quinton Casta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Mangas having to interfere. If Lluciano Candela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xabier Cardeñosa made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Lluciano Candela sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute of the match, Lluciano Candela got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xabier Cardeñosa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lluciano Candela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 86 played minutes Real Betis got a freekick which was hit by Xacintu Lillo. After having played for 88 minutes, Lluciano Candela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suertes Del Mar AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lluciano Candela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Lluciano Candela notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Real Betis's Xabier Cardeñosa. Xabier Cardeñosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Real Betis supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Suertes Del Mar AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Suertes Del Mar AFC.
