Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Froilan Costa made the kick off and thus started the match. If Froilan Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Playa de Gandia FC booed when F.C. Partisano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimo Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rai Calderon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 18 minutes Playa de Gandia FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Salvador Cruz who took care of the corner kick. Froilan Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Txomin Calatayud having to interfere. Alfredo Laredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Blanco Arraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Alfredo Laredo could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Txomin Calatayud however easily saved by the left post. 37 minutes into the match, Playa de Gandia FC's goalkeeper Txomin Calatayud had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caton Titos. The audience was convinced that Blanco Arraz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alba Menendez was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Rai Calderon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Alba Menendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Playa de Gandia FC's Rai Calderon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alba Menendez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blanco Arraz to make the kick off. Alba Menendez made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Rai Calderon sent off a good shot on target. The nice shot from Rai Calderon in the 53rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Alba Menendez had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Blanco Arraz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 56 minutes into the match, Playa de Gandia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Costa came free, but Txomin Calatayud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Froilan Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute Blanco Arraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alba Menendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blanco Arraz in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alba Menendez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th match minute, F.C. Partisano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Coello to maneuver through the defense. Alba Menendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rai Calderon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Blanco Arraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Partisano's Alba Menendez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Laredo in the 86th minute of play forced Playa de Gandia FC's goalkeeper Txomin Calatayud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blanco Arraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Alba Menendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Froilan Costa came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the F.C. Partisano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Froilan Costa couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, Playa de Gandia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Laredo came free, but Txomin Calatayud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Playa de Gandia FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
