Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fliz santillana made the kick off which started today's match. Serafín Martinez hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Guillermo Zubiaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fliz santillana in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Carreira saved Almenar from getting behind. Pedro Carreira was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Fliz santillana capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fliz santillana really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Guillermo Zubiaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fliz santillana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Carreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. When Eutropio Guerrero came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Almenar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eutropio Guerrero couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Arnulfo Macho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fliz santillana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvino Gómez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Silvino Gómez made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Txikierdi's Fliz santillana made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Carreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Higinio Gabas's late challenge caught a Almenar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Gabas helped the player get up and apologised. Higinio Gabas hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Eutropio Guerrero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Veto Durango made a huge save. Silvino Gómez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veto Durango having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Senen Pareja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Txikierdi's goal looked a bit too open when Silvino Gómez came free, but Veto Durango reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Silvino Gómez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 minutes, Lekumberri De la Torre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almenar and the Txikierdi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes Almenar got a freekick which was hit by Lekumberri De la Torre. In the 87th minute of the match Higinio Gabas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Carreira skillfully saved the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Txikierdi's Senen Pareja sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Carreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eutropio Guerrero succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 93rd playminute. Almenar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
