Clemencin Velasco's late challenge caught a Valverde De Los Arroyos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemencin Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Critters got a freekick which was hit by Clemencin Velasco. The crowd rose to their feet as Valverde De Los Arroyos's Cloyo Cerreri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xorxe Echeto. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Xorxe Echeto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cloyo Cerreri's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. If Clemencin Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the game, Manu Bastida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Critters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valverde De Los Arroyos the free kick. In the 15th minute, Manu Bastida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arlo Dagora scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xorxe Echeto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Critters's Xorxe Echeto got control of the ball when Arlo Dagora tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlo Dagora in the 22nd minute of play forced Critters's goalkeeper Xorxe Echeto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valverde De Los Arroyos's James Nieto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemencin Velasco in the 25th minute of play. Arlo Dagora struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Xorxe Echeto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valverde De Los Arroyos. Luis Rico hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Critters's Xorxe Echeto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Critters from getting a goal against them. When Petri Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Critters's protests and gave Petri Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Valverde De Los Arroyos booed when Critters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petri Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes, Gustavo Galnares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valverde De Los Arroyos and the Critters players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Valverde De Los Arroyos got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Galnares. Clemencin Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anaya Casta was the one to do the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Valverde De Los Arroyos's Ariel Briso made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xorxe Echeto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xorxe Echeto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlo Dagora in the 59th minute of the match. Arlo Dagora struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. The tension between the Valverde De Los Arroyos and the Critters players grew even worse after the yellow card. 95 minutes into the match, Critters's goal looked a bit too open when Arlo Dagora came free, but Xorxe Echeto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Valverde De Los Arroyos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
