Emesto Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gitano Lagunas having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, Villabre's Argider Vicente made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gitano Lagunas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Torralba De Ribota booed when Villabre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gorka Gimenez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Villabre's goal looked a bit too open when Gandolfo Macia came free, but Heli Sánchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Gandolfo Macia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heli Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gitano Lagunas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Argider Vicente in the 19th minute of play. If Lucio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The supporters of Torralba De Ribota booed when Villabre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cebrián Arratia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gandolfo Macia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gandolfo Macia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heli Sánchez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Gandolfo Macia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heli Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enol Cano hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute of the match Baraxil Hernandez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Heli Sánchez skillfully saved the ball. After the first half Villabre were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emesto Crespo was the one to do the kick off. Asier Roig scored 1-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heli Sánchez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Villabre defense, Gandolfo Macia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Heli Sánchez. The Villabre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Heli Sánchez should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Torralba De Ribota's Asier Roig got a free kick in the 70th minute. Gitano Lagunas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emesto Crespo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gitano Lagunas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emesto Crespo in the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Villabre booed when Torralba De Ribota was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabino Camino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabino Camino kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Argider Vicente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 84 minutes, Emesto Crespo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villabre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emesto Crespo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emesto Crespo in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gitano Lagunas saved Torralba De Ribota from getting behind. Argider Vicente was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Torralba De Ribota getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Gabino Camino hit a great ball. Torralba De Ribota's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
