Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlo Dominguez during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes Puente De La Sierra got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Dominguez. Sigfrido Vacas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Marquez in the 10th minute of play. Puente De La Sierra's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Giro Babia scored to the left of an out of position Sigfrido Vacas, making the score, 1-0. After having played for 21 minutes, Silvano Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Riera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rainerio Paz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ion Harroyo went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the match, Giro Babia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sigfrido Vacas, 2-1. After 31 played minutes Puente De La Sierra got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Canturri. Rainerio Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toli Llinares, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. La Riera's Silvano Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Silvano Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Puente De La Sierra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! After 45 played minutes Puente De La Sierra got a freekick which was hit by Ion Harroyo. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toli Llinares to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Puente De La Sierra defense, Silvano Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sigfrido Vacas. The Puente De La Sierra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sigfrido Vacas should have stopped the shot. If Giro Babia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Giro Babia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Giro Babia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Riera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giro Babia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Giro Babia came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the La Riera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giro Babia couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Giro Babia made a precise shot to the right of Sigfrido Vacas. Puente De La Sierra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 65th minute, Pancracio Macías hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute of the match Pedro Barba sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sigfrido Vacas skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Puente De La Sierra's Andrés-Fernando Zamora got a free kick in the 69th minute. Giro Babia took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sigfrido Vacas. Sigfrido Vacas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 73rd minute, Silvano Marquez made a precise shot to the right of Sigfrido Vacas. Puente De La Sierra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Rainerio Paz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toli Llinares, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Cordaro Casals kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Pedro Barba was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Puente De La Sierra's zone, Lucas Viejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigfrido Vacas came out of the goal and Lucas Viejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Puente De La Sierra's goalkeeper Sigfrido Vacas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Giro Babia struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Sigfrido Vacas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Riera. Silvano Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Sigfrido Vacas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Marquez in the 95th minute of play forced Puente De La Sierra's goalkeeper Sigfrido Vacas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the La Riera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
