The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amuruza Merino during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Urbes Jurado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Huerta having to interfere. Tajuya's Celedonio Huerta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Pardo in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Enrique Palanques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tajuya fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Enrique Palanques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MALACATEAM's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bernal Perpiñán 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. In the 28th minute, Leandro Saez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernal Perpiñán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enrique Palanques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Donatello Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Bernal Perpiñán took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Donatello Veloso to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Silvano Pardo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Bernal Perpiñán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernal Perpiñán struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Donatello Veloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tajuya. Enrique Palanques took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donatello Veloso. Donatello Veloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.
