Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roberto Torrent made the kick off which started today's match. Arximiro Paz hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute Erlantz Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Casero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute Tulio Etxeberria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romualdo Rienda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romualdo Rienda was a little too slow when Tulio Etxeberria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 16thth minute of the game Erlantz Carrasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ezperun UD's Casimiro Casero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute Erlantz Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Casero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Zapatero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romualdo Rienda. Cuevas SD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 1-1 became the score in the 23rd minute when Roberto Torrent elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Erlantz Carrasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Casero having to interfere. Roberto Torrent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Casimiro Casero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Arximiro Paz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ezperun UD and the Cuevas SD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arximiro Paz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Lorien Serrano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Romualdo Rienda, passed just outside the right post. Romualdo Rienda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorien Serrano in the 41st minute. If Lorien Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tulio Etxeberria made a kick off. Telo Manrique sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erlantz Carrasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Casero having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Ezperun UD's Tulio Etxeberria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romualdo Rienda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tulio Etxeberria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romualdo Rienda having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Tulio Etxeberria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Romualdo Rienda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Telo Manrique recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorien Serrano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cuevas SD were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Ezperun UD's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ireno Lara took the corner. Cuevas SD's Ireno Lara was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Casimiro Casero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Erlantz Carrasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Casimiro Casero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ezperun UD booed when Cuevas SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ireno Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 played minutes Cuevas SD got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Torrent. After 90 played minutes, Ezperun UD's Luis Zapatero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romualdo Rienda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ezperun UD reached it. Ezperun UD were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cuevas SD for a fine match.
