Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Soberano's Isaac Barrios started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milian Ramos in the 4th minute of play forced Piqueras CD's goalkeeper Zoel Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Soberano's goalkeeper Cucao Alcantara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liberto Villanueva. After 8 played minutes Soberano got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Cabrera. If Liberto Villanueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cucao Alcantara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anxel Rossello in the 13th minute of play. Cucao Alcantara was a little too slow when Anxel Rossello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Soberano's Cucao Alcantara got control of the ball when Liberto Villanueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute Anxel Rossello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cucao Alcantara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Amadeo Cabrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celio Cabrera hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Iratze Ribas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cucao Alcantara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cucao Alcantara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Liberto Villanueva in the 30th minute. Iratze Ribas hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anxel Rossello in the 35th minute of play forced Soberano's goalkeeper Cucao Alcantara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cucao Alcantara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anxel Rossello in the 38th minute of play. Timoteo Guasch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zoel Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milian Ramos in the 43rd minute of play forced Piqueras CD's goalkeeper Zoel Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Milian Ramos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Zoel Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anxel Rossello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Celio Cabrera fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piqueras CD's protests and gave Celio Cabrera a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Piqueras CD getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Celio Cabrera hit a great ball. Alexandro Pareja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 59 minutes of play, Soberano's Milian Ramos made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zoel Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Liberto Villanueva in the 62nd minute of play forced Soberano's goalkeeper Cucao Alcantara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Isaac Barrios came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Soberano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Barrios couldn't finish the play. Zoel Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Guasch, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Amadeo Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zeruko Gil hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liberto Villanueva in the 75th minute of play forced Soberano's goalkeeper Cucao Alcantara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Barrios in the 77th minute of play forced Piqueras CD's goalkeeper Zoel Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Piqueras CD's Laureano Mas got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Milian Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Piqueras CD's zone, Isaac Barrios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoel Fernandez came out of the goal and Isaac Barrios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Soberano players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
