Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Unai Fuster started the match with the kick off. Alfredo Viejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leobardo Parra, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 5 minutes of play, AFC Wimbledon's Leobardo Parra made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredo Viejo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Wimbledon's goalkeeper Osoro Zubiaga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Beltza Esteban kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, AFC Wimbledon's goalkeeper Osoro Zubiaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvino Goyanes. Unai Fuster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osoro Zubiaga having to interfere. Unai Fuster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Osoro Zubiaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Viejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitin Talavera, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 26 minutes of play Can Bros's Beltza Esteban was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of AFC Wimbledon booed when Can Bros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltza Esteban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitin Talavera struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Alfredo Viejo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Wimbledon. In the 38th minute, Alvino Goyanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osoro Zubiaga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When AFC Wimbledon's Leobardo Parra in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Can Bros's goalie prevented a goal. Alfredo Viejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leobardo Parra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitin Talavera in the 49th minute of play forced Can Bros's goalkeeper Alfredo Viejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitin Talavera to strike the kick off in the second half. Vitin Talavera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Alfredo Viejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Leobardo Parra could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Alfredo Viejo however easily saved by the left post. In the 59th match minute, AFC Wimbledon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gorri Pascua to maneuver through the defense. AFC Wimbledon's Osoro Zubiaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvino Goyanes in the 60th minute of play. If Vitin Talavera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Viejo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitin Talavera in the 67th minute of the match. With a little luck, Can Bros's Alfredo Viejo got control of the ball when Leobardo Parra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Viejo was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Vitin Talavera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vitin Talavera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. 88 minutes into the match, Alvino Goyanes notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of AFC Wimbledon's Osoro Zubiaga. Osoro Zubiaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 96 minutes into the game, Roberto Encina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Can Bros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC Wimbledon the free kick. The AFC Wimbledon players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
