Magdaleno Garcia came out of the goal and Emilio Belalcaraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cidro Briso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magdaleno Garcia having to interfere. F.C. Cuenca del Caudal's Magdaleno Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Belalcaraz in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Llanera De Ranes FC booed when F.C. Cuenca del Caudal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caton Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celestino Ocaña was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. F.C. Cuenca del Caudal's Magdaleno Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Cuenca del Caudal from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milian Etxeberria during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes F.C. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Cuenca del Caudal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
