Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Toril SAD's Donzel Colillas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Egídio de Lara came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Toril SAD's Beturian Manzano. But to his dismay, Beturian Manzano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the game, Roldán Moreno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toril SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puerto Rico F.C the free kick. With a little luck, Toril SAD's Joey Macías got control of the ball when Hassan Feliu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Raúl Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joey Macías took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Crespo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Puerto Rico F.C booed when Toril SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garoa Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donzel Colillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Egídio de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beturian Manzano in the 28th minute of the match. Beturian Manzano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egídio de Lara having to make a save. Donzel Colillas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egídio de Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Raúl Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Macías having to interfere. Garaile Munoz charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garaile Munoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Toril SAD fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Joey Macías had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping José Carlos dos Santos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Joey Macías made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hassan Feliu in the 38th minute. When Jose-Enrique Coira fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puerto Rico F.C's protests and gave Jose-Enrique Coira a yellow card for diving instead. Jose-Enrique Coira hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Garaile Munoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toril SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Garaile Munoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Toril SAD were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raúl Crespo to make the kick off. Toril SAD's Joey Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Crespo in the 53rd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Puerto Rico F.C's Hassan Feliu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joey Macías narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raúl Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Joey Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Raúl Crespo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Raúl Crespo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puerto Rico F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Raúl Crespo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joey Macías breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Beturian Manzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Donzel Colillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio de Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Donzel Colillas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egídio de Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience was convinced that Donzel Colillas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egídio de Lara was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Beturian Manzano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Egídio de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joey Macías stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hassan Feliu's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Joey Macías made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Crespo in the 87th minute of play. Joey Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hassan Feliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Raúl Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Joey Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Garoa Santiago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toril SAD and the Puerto Rico F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Hassan Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puerto Rico F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Hassan Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joey Macías breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
