The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leal Villanueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrián Infante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leal Villanueva in the 20th minute. If Leal Villanueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Lewandowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrián Infante having to interfere. Leal Villanueva struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Adrián Infante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaioso UD. Adrián Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Roberto Lewandowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Adrián Infante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leal Villanueva to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lanstuga FC's goalkeeper Adrián Infante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes in the game, Roberto Lewandowski dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Luar Silvestre got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adrián Infante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leal Villanueva went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gaioso UD fully deserved thier win.
