In the 17th match minute, Pipas Pal Pájaro C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Sauca to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Panizos's Blanco Dellasierra tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Pipas Pal Pájaro C.F. getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Raphael Escurza hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Pipas Pal Pájaro C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Sánchez came free, but Adolfo Reina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolfo Reina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Salgado in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Kevin Romero notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Panizos's Atauri Rajoi. Atauri Rajoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute, Oton Verges sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Panizos's Atauri Rajoi didn't even have to move. In the 33rd minute, Norberto Sánchez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kevin Romero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atauri Rajoi came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Romero slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 36th minute. In the 42ndth minute of the game Feliberto Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pipas Pal Pájaro C.F.'s Adolfo Reina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Norberto Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Norberto Sánchez made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Norberto Sánchez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adolfo Reina. Norberto Sánchez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Feliberto Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Adolfo Reina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Salgado got free with Adolfo Reina in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
