Haimar Dellasierra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Baltazar Lorenzo's late challenge caught a Lucky boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltazar Lorenzo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lucky boys booed when Tivissa CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Lorenzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivón Vilanova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lluis Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 12 minutes, Venceslao Labarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucky boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venceslao Labarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venceslao Labarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Montrel Quintas charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 32ndth minute of the game Haimar Dellasierra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lucky boys's Claus Olmedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tivissa CF's zone, Venceslao Labarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivón Vilanova came out of the goal and Venceslao Labarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quirce Saavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivón Vilanova having to interfere. Claus Olmedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltazar Lorenzo in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Quirce Saavedra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lucky boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Quirce Saavedra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivón Vilanova breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79thth minute of the game Quirce Saavedra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tivissa CF's Ivón Vilanova was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Vives in the 83rd minute of play forced Tivissa CF's goalkeeper Ivón Vilanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivón Vilanova showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venceslao Labarra in the 89th minute of the match. Lucky boys's Claus Olmedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gallo Abasalo in the 92nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tuste Nadal during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, Tuste Nadal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivón Vilanova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pau Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucky boys played a much better game than Tivissa CF and deserved their victory. The Tivissa CF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
