When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Boniel Vagrande took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Lucas Ocaña to make any attempt to save it. 25 minutes into the match, Palomares's goal looked a bit too open when Karlos Serrano came free, but Gaston Sampil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Eligio Sirvent left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palomares fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Xesus Lagunas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibias Dream Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Xesus Lagunas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Sampil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karlos Serrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Sampil having to interfere. Chan Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Ocaña having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Palomares's Boniel Vagrande dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Karlos Serrano made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Eligio Sirvent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Ocaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Xesus Lagunas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 59 minutes, Boniel Vagrande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palomares's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boniel Vagrande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Ocaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boniel Vagrande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Karlos Serrano came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ibias Dream Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karlos Serrano couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Palomares's Rafael Cortes got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Gaston Sampil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karlos Serrano's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Olo Solo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boniel Vagrande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Lucas Ocaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Palomares getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alberto Lagunas hit a great ball.
