Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anter Carmona kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Coto De La Isleta's goalkeeper Nicolao Morientes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 3rd match minute, Coto De La Isleta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lalo Reyes to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute Calvet Montaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolao Morientes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Roca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anter Carmona's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Bittor Sarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Roca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anter Carmona, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Miramar's Agustín Castillo tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nicolao Morientes made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Juan Astudillo sent off a good shot on target. Nicolao Morientes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvet Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 27 minutes, Anter Carmona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coto De La Isleta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anter Carmona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bittor Sarro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard Roca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Edgard Roca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anter Carmona in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Anter Carmona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Roca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Roca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anter Carmona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calvet Montaña was the one to do the kick off. Anter Carmona struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Edgard Roca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coto De La Isleta. In the 55th minute, Leonides Santiago made a precise shot to the right of Edgard Roca. Miramar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Edgard Roca came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Coto De La Isleta's Anter Carmona. But to his dismay, Anter Carmona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Coto De La Isleta's Anter Carmona in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Miramar's goalie prevented a goal. If Bittor Sarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Goiz Alfaro during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Goiz Alfaro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Coto De La Isleta's goal looked a bit too open when Lucero Leyva came free, but Nicolao Morientes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coto De La Isleta's Nicolao Morientes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvet Montaña in the 74th minute of play. Juan Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nicolao Morientes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juan Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Coto De La Isleta's Anter Carmona ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgard Roca. Edgard Roca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Juan Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrián Gibert's late challenge caught a Coto De La Isleta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrián Gibert helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Miramar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Coto De La Isleta:s goal. Bittor Sarro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard Roca having to make a save. Coto De La Isleta's Nicolao Morientes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Astudillo in the 93rd minute of play. If Calvet Montaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Coto De La Isleta getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Anacleto Acha hit a great ball. The Coto De La Isleta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Coto De La Isleta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
