Egoi Guasch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Morientes having to interfere. Aitor Vila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabon Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aitor Vila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabon Ortiz in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabon Ortiz in the 15th minute of play forced Barberà Del Vallès's goalkeeper Aitor Vila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loreto Babia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aitor Vila having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Barberà Del Vallès was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeruko Camacho to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Barberà Del Vallès defense, Gabon Ortiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aitor Vila. The Barberà Del Vallès fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aitor Vila should have stopped the shot. Ricart Echeto's late challenge caught a Barberà Del Vallès's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricart Echeto helped the player get up and apologised. Ricart Echeto kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Nazario Lama hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Anacleto Dellasierra kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Egoi Guasch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Morientes having to interfere. Egoi Guasch might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Naldo Morientes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egoi Guasch ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th minute, Gelacio Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Belasko Mendez came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Barberà Del Vallès fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belasko Mendez couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The audience was convinced that Belasko Mendez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naldo Morientes was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. If Gabon Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Belasko Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Morientes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute of the match Barberà Del Vallès got a corner. BUMP F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eron Durango ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gabon Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barberà Del Vallès's Aitor Vila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabon Ortiz in the 67th minute of play. Aitor Vila didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BUMP F.C.'s Loreto Babia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, BUMP F.C.'s Nazario Lama got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Gabon Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nazario Lama recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belasko Mendez in the 93rd minute of play forced BUMP F.C.'s goalkeeper Naldo Morientes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barberà Del Vallès's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
