Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donatello Carceles took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Zuriko Cartagena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jerez93's Hermenegildo Dominguez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Josue Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donatello Carceles, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Hermenegildo Dominguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zuriko Cartagena in the 7th minute of play. When Urdin Soler fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jerez93's protests and gave Urdin Soler a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Jerez93 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urdin Soler to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Barakaldo AFC's Ion Mondejar tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Aitor Lagunas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermenegildo Dominguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marquez Pardo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermenegildo Dominguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute, Marquez Pardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermenegildo Dominguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Jerez93 booed when Barakaldo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chepe Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Barakaldo AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aitor Lagunas hit a great ball. Malvin Nieto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Josue Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Donatello Carceles took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Josue Macías to make any attempt to save it. 33 minutes into the game, Barakaldo AFC's Marquez Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermenegildo Dominguez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Aitor Lagunas charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aitor Lagunas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Barakaldo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aitor Lagunas. Barakaldo AFC's Josue Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donatello Carceles in the 37th minute of play. Malvin Nieto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Josue Macías having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Jerez93's zone, Marquez Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermenegildo Dominguez came out of the goal and Marquez Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Marquez Pardo sped through Jerez93's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hermenegildo Dominguez. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marquez Pardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zuriko Cartagena scored 1-5 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermenegildo Dominguez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hermenegildo Dominguez was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Marquez Pardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marquez Pardo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. A collision led to Barakaldo AFC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ion Sanz hit a great ball. Jerez93's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marquez Pardo 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-7. Jerez93's Hermenegildo Dominguez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Jerez93 from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute of the match, Zuriko Cartagena got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hermenegildo Dominguez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hermenegildo Dominguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquez Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Marquez Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Barakaldo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquez Pardo couldn't finish the play. Zuriko Cartagena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Barakaldo AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ion Mondejar hit a great ball. Hermenegildo Dominguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquez Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute of the match, Zuriko Cartagena got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hermenegildo Dominguez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Barakaldo AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
