Everardo Fuente started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Hinojar's goal looked a bit too open when Mingo Aranzubia came free, but Aristides Camaño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doroteo Marquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Lucian Feliu made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Venta De La Virgen AFC's Mingo Aranzubia got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute, Hinojar's Zoilo Barrientos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucian Feliu. Lucian Feliu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Hinojar's Aristides Camaño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paquito Torrente in the 19th minute of play. Mingo Aranzubia struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Aristides Camaño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venta De La Virgen AFC. If Doroteo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zoilo Barrientos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Hinojar were awarded a corner. Ismael Cacheres went to the cornerflag to take it. Ismael Cacheres made a great header on Hinojar's corner, it was just that Venta De La Virgen AFC's Lucian Feliu managed to reach the ball for a save. Lucian Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoilo Barrientos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Zoilo Barrientos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Victor Roig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hinojar's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Roig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucian Feliu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venta De La Virgen AFC's Mingo Aranzubia got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mingo Aranzubia got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Mingo Aranzubia hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Doroteo Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zoilo Barrientos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Feliu having to interfere. Doroteo Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Lucian Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Nobo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Aristides Camaño made a huge save. Lucian Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoilo Barrientos, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
