Xabel Castro's late challenge caught a Hinojar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xabel Castro helped the player get up and apologised. Xabel Castro hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. If Zoilo Barrientos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doroteo Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Regis Casillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Hinojar's Aristides Camaño got control of the ball when Ganix Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Hinojar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Flores to maneuver through the defense. Artemio Casas hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Hinojar's goal looked a bit too open when Iñaki Serena came free, but Aristides Camaño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artemio Casas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of JAZZ CF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hinojar:s goal. Ismael Cacheres shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 27 played minutes JAZZ CF got a freekick which was hit by Xabel Castro. Zoilo Barrientos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aristides Camaño made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Xabel Castro sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, JAZZ CF's goal looked a bit too open when Zoilo Barrientos came free, but Regis Casillas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Zoilo Barrientos made a precise shot to the right of Regis Casillas. JAZZ CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aristides Camaño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iñaki Serena in the 46th minute of the match. Zoilo Barrientos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Regis Casillas having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Roque Flores hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoilo Barrientos in the 60th minute of play forced JAZZ CF's goalkeeper Regis Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Zoilo Barrientos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Regis Casillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Camaño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Siro Serena's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 65thth minute of the game Zoilo Barrientos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JAZZ CF's Regis Casillas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Zoilo Barrientos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doroteo Marquezs short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Regis Casillas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Xabel Castro was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, JAZZ CF's Xabel Castro got a free kick in the 75th minute. JAZZ CF's Regis Casillas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save JAZZ CF from getting a goal against them. Aristides Camaño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ganix Ramos in the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hinojar's Diego Garate got a free kick in the 87th minute. A collision led to JAZZ CF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Iván De la Rosa hit a great ball. The Hinojar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
