The Sky's Alonzo Furtado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save The Sky from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Puig got free with Alonzo Furtado in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, Evelio Puig recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alonzo Furtado. Evelio Puig showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Cedro Roig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borrissola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Alonzo Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pello Redondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Mil Goleš ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amuruza Bermejo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Tabb Prats blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alonzo Furtado having to make a save. In the 31st minute Munio Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amuruza Bermejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amuruza Bermejo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Munio Abar in the 32nd minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Munio Abar was the one to do the kick off. Alonzo Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tabb Prats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, The Sky's Amuruza Bermejo threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mil Goleš, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of The Sky booed when Borrissola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Munio Abar in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amuruza Bermejo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Garibaldo Carballeira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amuruza Bermejo came out and tried to block the shot, but Garibaldo Carballeira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 61st minute. Alonzo Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedro Roig, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 69 played minutes The Sky got a freekick which was hit by David Tatomir. A collision led to Borrissola getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Pello Redondo hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the game, Evelio Puig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Alonzo Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alifonso Jareño's late challenge caught a The Sky's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alifonso Jareño helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Borrissola's Alifonso Jareño got a free kick in the 81st minute. Borrissola's Amuruza Bermejo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Borrissola from getting a goal against them. If Mil Goleš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alifonso Jareño made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Evelio Puig however managed to control. In the 96th minute Mil Goleš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amuruza Bermejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Sky played a much better game than Borrissola and deserved their victory. The Borrissola players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
