Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Calldetenes FC's Fidencio Hevia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Angelines Cuervas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Santiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelines Cuervas in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Sauceda CF getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cordaro Erosa hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Calldetenes FC's Altzibar Ziguenza tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vladimiro Mondejar hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Quinto Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Santiago having to interfere. Freddy Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelines Cuervas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Santiago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelines Cuervas, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Quinto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelines Cuervas in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Santiago saved Calldetenes FC from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Quinto Torres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddy Santiago. Calldetenes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quinto Torres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Angelines Cuervas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Santiago having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelines Cuervas was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sauceda CF's zone, Vladimiro Mondejar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmai Fernandez came out of the goal and Vladimiro Mondejar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Ecija notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sauceda CF's Dalmai Fernandez. Dalmai Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Calldetenes FC's Freddy Santiago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Calldetenes FC from getting a goal against them. Quinto Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Freddy Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Apoena Quintero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimiro Mondejar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Sauceda CF got a freekick which was hit by Quinto Torres. Quinto Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Freddy Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Olayo Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Sauceda CF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
