Remir Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peli Palomar in the 24th minute of play. Julen Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipo De Pedro having to interfere. Junzano's Remir Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovando Belalcaraz in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Peli Palomar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remir Castro. Junzano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peli Palomar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Junzano's Altzibar Vera got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peli Palomar in the 47th minute of play forced Junzano's goalkeeper Remir Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Peli Palomar made the kick off in the second half. Zoel Folch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Filipo De Pedro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Ovando Belalcaraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC ORTIGUEIRA booed when Junzano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzo Vazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Peli Palomar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Junzano's goalkeeper Remir Castro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovando Belalcaraz. When Remigio Urquijo fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Junzano's protests and gave Remigio Urquijo a yellow card for diving instead.
