Garcilaso Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nofre Baltanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garcilaso Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Olmedo made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Montrel Valerón however managed to control. Champions F.C.'s Nofre Baltanas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garcilaso Fernandez in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Rexino Galnares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garcilaso Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garcilaso Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nofre Baltanas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garcilaso Fernandez in the 80th minute of play forced Champions F.C.'s goalkeeper Nofre Baltanas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 85 minutes into the game, when Juan Acarreta put in a rough tackle.
