Cheche Verdaguer charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cheche Verdaguer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd minute, Cheche Verdaguer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to El Mamí getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Crescencio Echeto hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Simes's Eriberto Rojas got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute of the match Cucao Torrente sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Millán skillfully saved the ball. Cleto Millán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Crescencio Echeto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Idiaquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Musko Huerta might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eli Acosta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Musko Huerta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Mamí's goalkeeper Eli Acosta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Manuel Gimeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Dolfos Incera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Millán skillfully saved the ball. Eli Acosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musko Huerta in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Simes's goal looked a bit too open when Víctor Calatayud came free, but Cleto Millán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Crescencio Echeto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 33 minutes, Freddy Idiaquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Idiaquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th play minute Freddy Idiaquez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eli Acosta. 2-0. After 40 minutes, Walme Duran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simes and the El Mamí players grew even worse after the yellow card. Walme Duran kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With a little luck, El Mamí's Eli Acosta got control of the ball when Freddy Idiaquez tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ugutz Cuervas made a kick off. Simes's Cleto Millán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugutz Cuervas in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Mamí's zone, Freddy Idiaquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eli Acosta came out of the goal and Freddy Idiaquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, Simes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Gimeno to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Millán was a little too slow when Víctor Calatayud got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 3-1. 73 minutes into the match, El Mamí's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Idiaquez came free, but Eli Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Musko Huerta in the 74th minute of play forced El Mamí's goalkeeper Eli Acosta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Madaleno Marquez during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, El Mamí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madaleno Marquez to maneuver through the defense. In the 77thth minute of the game Musko Huerta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Mamí's Eli Acosta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Musko Huerta might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eli Acosta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Musko Huerta ran back to his position shaking his head. Eli Acosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musko Huerta in the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Musko Huerta in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eli Acosta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute Freddy Idiaquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eli Acosta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Simes's goalkeeper Cleto Millán had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Víctor Calatayud. Simes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
