Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jorge Reyes started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Elviria CD booed when Pinzon AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anatolio Morera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Tito Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pinzon AD's Andresito De Toro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Reyes in the 11th minute of play. Andresito De Toro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Palanques in the 13th minute of play. When Calvino Barroso got free in front of the goal in the 24th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Amancio Quevedo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Inautzi Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Reyes took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andresito De Toro. Andresito De Toro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 35 minutes into the match, Pinzon AD's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Reyes came free, but Andresito De Toro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Elviria CD's zone, Rodolfo Bartumeu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amancio Quevedo came out of the goal and Rodolfo Bartumeu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the game, Llanos Crespo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elviria CD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinzon AD the free kick. In the 36th minute, one of Elviria CD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Elviria CD. The goalkeeper, Amancio Quevedo, was totally fooled by Pinzon AD's Inautzi Gil, who 38 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Palanques in the 42nd minute of play forced Pinzon AD's goalkeeper Andresito De Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calvino Barroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Bartumeu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Elviria CD were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calvino Barroso was the one to do the kick off. Anatolio Morera took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amancio Quevedo. Elviria CD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rodolfo Bartumeu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Quevedo having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Chano Garate was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elviria CD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinzon AD the free kick. 57 minutes into the game, one of Elviria CD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Calvino Barroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amancio Quevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Bartumeu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristobal Palanques during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Elviria CD getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cristobal Palanques hit a great ball. Elviria CD's Amancio Quevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Bartumeu in the 78th minute of play. Cristobal Palanques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pinzon AD's Andresito De Toro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Pinzon AD from getting a goal against them. Elviria CD's Jorge Reyes got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rey Ricoy charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rey Ricoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rey Ricoy kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Reyes in the 94th minute of play forced Pinzon AD's goalkeeper Andresito De Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristobal Palanques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andresito De Toro having to make a save.
