The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Pablo Manzano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cisco Contreras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iyan Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Squadra Intrepido's goal looked a bit too open when Jago Morales came free, but Iosu Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iyan Salazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cisco Contreras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Squadra Intrepido booed when Cadron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Lama didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Timo Saboya was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes had been played. After 32 played minutes Squadra Intrepido got a freekick which was hit by Timo Saboya. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ritchie Vagrande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Squadra Intrepido's supporters rose to their feet, but Ritchie Vagrande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cisco Contreras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Cadron getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Petri Aballe hit a great ball. Cisco Contreras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritchie Vagrande in the 55th minute of the match. Ritchie Vagrande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Squadra Intrepido's Iosu Vidal got control of the ball when Felip Lozano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ritchie Vagrande took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cisco Contreras. Cisco Contreras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 69 minutes in the game, Felip Lozano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Iosu Vidal having to interfere. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Squadra Intrepido's goalkeeper Iosu Vidal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Squadra Intrepido! The referee gave Cadron a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pablo Manzano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Squadra Intrepido's Iosu Vidal. 1-1. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadron's goalkeeper Cisco Contreras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jago Morales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosu Vidal having to interfere. 1-2 became the score in the 85th minute when Jago Morales elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Javier Manrique during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute, Javier Manrique hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iosu Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jago Morales in the 97th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cadron walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
