Etxatxu Idiaquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Gato Negro Futbol Club's Narciso Cambero got control of the ball when Abrahan Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Gato Negro Futbol Club getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rami Cifuentes hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rami Cifuentes in the 21st minute of play forced Malgrat De Mar FC's goalkeeper Etxatxu Idiaquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Cordareo Paz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Tristan Caballero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Etxatxu Idiaquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abrahan Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abrahan Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cordareo Paz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Cambero having to interfere. Polo Belalcaraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Cambero having to interfere. After the first half Gato Negro Futbol Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Polo Belalcaraz to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Gato Negro Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Polo Belalcaraz came free, but Narciso Cambero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Barro kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 61st match minute, Malgrat De Mar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordareo Paz to maneuver through the defense. Etxatxu Idiaquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Caballero in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Tristan Caballero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Abrahan Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Narciso Cambero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Malgrat De Mar FC's goalkeeper Etxatxu Idiaquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Narciso Cambero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Polo Belalcaraz in the 82nd minute of play. Abrahan Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Narciso Cambero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Polo Belalcaraz in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Cambero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Gato Negro Futbol Club defense, Polo Belalcaraz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Cambero. The Gato Negro Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Cambero should have stopped the shot. Abrahan Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Narciso Cambero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gato Negro Futbol Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
